An intriguing site by Denis Radenkovic where he posts designs he finds inspiring or just cool. It’s about his preference and is not a critique of designs. But he has a great eye and the logos he finds are beautiful. The site is a bit different to navigate, click on ‘articles’ and use the left hand text links to go from one logo to the next. I had a lot of fun on this website!
Need some textual discussion to get your head into designing? At Logo Design Love you not only get some great tips and information but also fantastic showcases of visual designs and logo branding.
LogoOrange Design Group’s site is a great place for logo inspiration. Not only do they have a huge portfolio of excellent work to browse but they also have some great posts on logo trends. Browse their past articles for some great insight from these professionals.
This is the personal website of Raja Sandhu, a very talented logo designer whose work has been featured all over as ‘inspirational’. Check his website and scroll down to browse his designs, definitely inspiring!
Having only been around only since January, Logogala.com is new to the scene of inspirational logo websites. Already Deron, the site developer, has presented us with some great featured designs by other designers. Every month he features picks from the previous month, all this while keeping up with a small design/logo oriented blog. Also, you can search by color! Such a nice feature!
Now this is fun, Logo Sauce showcases some great designs and are indeed ‘oozing with logo goodness’ but that’s not all they sport. They have a logo contest system which is rather brilliant. Contest holders post a contest, the minimum value of compensation must be $200. Others can participate in said contests, offering logo designs, etc following the contest holder’s standards. What’s fun is that you get to see all the logos submitted before and after the contest. It’s a great way to see the same idea done in different ways! This site is in it’s beta but it has fabulous potential and is already inspirational.
A nice solid collection of highly inspirational logo designs, very nicely laid out with large thumbnails (which I love). The site owner scours the web for stunning logos and adds them here to showcase the graphic designer’s work. Really nice and easy to navigate, make sure to check the ‘highest rated logos first’ link, there are some great ones!
Wow. This site is just a little overwhelming but in the best kind of way. Of course they have a fantastic selection of logos (some of them may look familiar from other sites) but they also have illustrations, web design, font design, creative photography…even textures and patterns! It’s a lot to take in but chock full of inspiration.
A fun and cool little layout featuring some very impressive logo works. Like a lot of the sites they offer the chance to upload new logos but they also have logo of the month awards. They tout themselves as being simple and easy to use for the purpose of inspiration and they are right. I found myself easily browsing through pages of beautiful designs without being stopped by huge ads or too much text.
Need a bit more brain food for thought? Identity works has reviews on larger company logos. Their reviews are interesting and insightful, giving the reader a different perspective on design. While most of the navigation is based on the text name of the company it definitely got my brain thinking!
Luka manages this design portfolio for his small studio and it is highly impressive. Kindly enough Luka has posted 300 of his logos for people to browse and get inspiration from. Thanks Luka!
Here is a great looking site, beautiful layout and easy to browse too. Here are a lot of logos I’ve never seen before, a definite must if you’re browsing for inspiration. There are forums there too and quick links to ‘tweet’ your favorites.
Now thats a lot of inspiration! Feel like hitting the the drawing board yet?
