Becoming a freelance designer or writer is so easy my elderly father’s girlfriend, who also is 80-ish and who doesn’t have a clue what freelancers do, could set up shop within 24 hours, including the time it would take to hang a shingle outside the door of her condo and get her business cards printed. Both cover quite a bit of territory about what customer want, how to handle them when they’re not happy or have unreasonable expectations, So, I guess you could say there’s an element of reverse psychology, as there is in any negotiating situation.

This book seems interesting, love the cover, Mr Miyagi…..Danielson, has anybody read this e-book, I’m curious to know if its about using any reverse psychology on the customers?
