HDR Tutorials Roundup


HDR (High Dynamic Range) Photography is a technique that is becoming very popular at the moment, an HDR photo is created using software such as Photoshop or Photomatix and produces images with more detail in the highlights and shadows.     One note: it’s a myth that you need a camera capable of shooting in RAW mode to make HDR photographs. Photomatix software accepts .jpg and .tiff images, and I’ve made many an HDR image without RAW files. :)

    Thanks for the list. HDR is great and if used properly can produce amazing photos. However, I’ve seen photos with too much details and it’s just abusive and distraction to the eyes.
