PVC Plastic wrap Texture Photoshop Tutorial

This is a nice and easy Photoshop tutorial to show you how to create a pvc / plastic wrap texture using a few simple steps.

Create your document and choose black as your foreground color and white as the background ( you can do this by pressing d), then select the gradient tool with linear style and set the mode to difference. Then just start dragging the tool on the document creating little gradients, spend a while doing this until you end up with something like :

Then from the menu choose, Filter > Artistic > Plastic Wrap and use these settings :

And your image should look like this :

Now we colorize the image, I chose to make mine a purple color by using these settings :

And this is the final image :
