Today I’m doing a round up of the magazine-style blogs that are useful for web designers. I prefer these over printed magazines as they’re quicker with the latest information and the quality is as good if not better than traditional mags.
Freelance Switch - Some great articles if you have, or are thinking about, starting out on your own in the web design business
Vitamin -Great site with articles from a lot of famous names in the web design business
Smashing Magazine - Provides a lot of roundup articles similar to Tutorial Blog, great resource for web designers
Web Designer Wall - This is a new one but I love the design and it has some good articles already
456 Berea Street - Lots of usefull information about web standards and accessibility from swedish web designer Roger Johansson
Fadtastic - Multi-author blog which examines trends in web design
Bitt Box - Covers design and illustration, notable for the sheer amount of free vectors to download
Bartelme Design - Design blog which also provides free downloads such as Wordpress themes and button kits etc
Sitepoint Design Blog - Tons of useful information for web designers from visual interface to code
CSS Beauty - CSS gallery which also has daily web design related news
