Nowadays many companies are offering their web hosting services. Most of these companies offer both web site design and hosting services. Some companies only sell domains and hosting. These companies also offer network marketing services with their hosting packages. For transactions on these websites people must have good wireless internet connection as they have to credit bank accounts for payments. People having basic MCSE training can do it in a better way.

    Very good list, I use them all! Couple of notes:
    - Design-feed is amazing MUST-HAVE!
    - Smashing Magazine is loosing its quality lately.

  2. Oli - http://tutorialblog.org says:

    Agreed about Smashing Magazine, its still a great resource to have though. Its hard to think up new subjects every day but they do a good job of it!

  4. Dustin - says:

    Also agree about Smashing Magazine. Apparently they got banned by Digg.com, read their last article.

  5. Vernon - http://vernonkesner.com says:

    Great list! I’ve just recently (over the past few months) came across Smashing Magazine and will say that it’s become one of my favorite stopping places.

    Design Meltdown is a new one to me. Thanks for pointing it out! Seems like I do so much work on the web that I rarely get a chance to actually browse the web.

    Thanks again!

  6. Ethan Poole - http://www.lowter.com says:

    Good list, also SEoMOz.org for seo stuff, and the usual technoratti.com or delicious for just keep ahead with the blogosphere

    ALA is so much of a no-brainer, I don’t think it should even be on a list. It’s like when you say you speak fluent English, it’s assumed you also can say your ABCs. There isn’t an article on there that hasn’t sparked me to do something new and better.

    And I’d add in:
    * webworkerdaily.com
    * 456BereaStreet
    * Sifry’s Alerts (www.sifry.com/alerts/) – home of those great Technorati blog stats reports

  16. Andre - http://winnopeg.com says:

    I’m shocked that you failed to mention that Designers Talk is run by the same company as this site. Now that’s not good disclosure, is it?
